This video was captured by a tourist while visiting Vatican City. The footage you are about to see was shot inside a famous church in Vatican City. If you watch closely you can see a shadowy figure floating in mid air!

Regarding the Vatican ghost, The History Channel's Monster Quest makes it pretty clear that there's a rod hanging in front of the lady walking in front of the camera. Once you see it, it's obvious that it's a scarf she's hanging for a tour group to follow. I've been on several such tours. Not saying I'm a non-believer, but this one's pretty obviously not a ghost.
